Psychotherapist
350 Jericho Tpke, Ste 103, Jericho, NY
The process of healing and self-discovery teaches you to embrace yourself wholeheartedly. Before all else, we are human beings who face struggles that are sometimes too much to bear on our own. Within a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment, I am here to offer you a comfortable space and a listening ear to work through those struggles, along with developing the tools needed for you to live an emotionally balanced life. I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all; each person is unique in their struggles and needs. I strive to honor where my clients are emotionally at any given moment. Drawing on my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Adelphi University, I utilize techniques from several evidence-based models to help my clients gain freedom from their emotional distress.
