Hi, I'm Julie, a therapist who believes healing happens with you feel seen, understood and supported without judgment. I focus on your strengths, your story and the small steps that help life feel lighter and more manageable. My purpose in life is to help others because life is hard and we can all use a little therapy once in a while. In our first session together, here's what you can expect First session will be about building a relationship and creating goals together. My goal is to empower you and help you feel more grounded. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions I have worked with families in home, at school and within the community. I have many years of experience working with clients who suffer from mood disorders, traumas and who simply wants to work towards a better quality of life. The clients I'm best positioned to serve I serve children, teen and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma and life's biggest challenges. I am here to help build confidence, find clarity and create a change at a pace that feels safe for you.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
