We focus on turning down the struggle in life so you can show up more fully in the areas that matter most. Integrating mind, body, and spirit - we will walk this path of greater wellness together. I draw from Evidence-Based Therapies to ensure you receive excellent quality care. While I have spent 15 years in the field of behavioral health, I see every person as the expert on their own experience. Outside of work, I am a single parent to three beautiful kids. I am grateful to be raising them in a wonderful community in the foothills of southern Colorado where we enjoy spending as much time adventuring outside as possible. If you decide to work with me, you will encounter a dedicated professional who brings ease and attentive care to the virtual room so that our sessions feel comfortable, natural, and effective for bringing lasting change and transformation to your life.
