I have extensive experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, and depression. My approach My approach to therapy focuses on building rapport and trust in the first few sessions so you can feel comfortable sharing with me. Most clients work with me for 2-3 months on average, and I regularly review our progress during sessions as we continue your treatment. The therapeutic modalities I most often use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused, and Acceptance/Commitment Therapy (ACT). I take a client-centered approach, which helps us stay on track with goals and address any new challenges that arise.
