Great therapist. I've learned practical tods that make a big difference day to day.
I was nervous about therapy, but Julie made me feel comfortable right away. She's very down to each and really helped me through some had staff.
Julie is always so easy to talk to She is professional, knowledgeable and always give great advice. I can't recomend her enough.
Julie is an extremely good at hearing me. Not just listening. Helps me be in the moment to then find my way out of my challenges. I arrive usually tearful and overwhelmed and leave with hopeful direction and specific instructions to help me deal with my life situations. I highly recommend.
Julie is an amazing therapist! She is warm and welcoming and our sessions have made a positive impact on my daily life. I cannot recommend her enough!
Able to take the conversation in directions I was sometimes struggling to find, and cast light on topics without issue. Personal bias was absent like any good therapist should be, and is a joy to be around. I highly recommend and find her pleasant!
she is so sweet and will literally listen to anything and everything and not judge a single thing! she gives you her own personal struggles as well making you feel like you aren’t alone either which i love! she is absolutely amazing and would recommend her to anyone!!
Having been to other counselors before, it can be very frustrating when you feel like you've been going for months but not making any progress. Julie is great because she helps you hone in on what the problems really are and helps you find solutions for them. Along with long-term solutions, she has helped me with coping skills that I use every time I'm having a rough go of it, and it makes my life a lot more enjoyable. She's compassionate but truthful and realistic, a combination that I think is the best, but hardest to find. She's really helped me with my life, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
