Psychotherapist

Have you been on a healing or spiritual path for a while but still feel stuck? Are you feeling unfulfilled, struggling with a relationship, unhappy at work, or using food to cope with stress? Using a spiritual and holistic approach, I create a safe space to help clients heal and remove the blocks that keep them from living a joy-filled life. I teach experiential techniques that go beyond basic "talk therapy." This approach supported me in my own healing journey from depression and an eating disorder. With a Master's in Counseling Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and a Bachelor's from the University of Pittsburgh, I am committed to sharing these techniques with my clients, which I have been happily doing for over 15 years. I specialize in working with people dealing with relationship issues, depression, food and weight concerns, anxiety, parenting challenges, grief, life transitions, addictions, and spiritual exploration and discovery. In addition, I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ community. I am glad you are here.
