**Hi, please read FULL profile. Many important things to see!** Beginning therapy is a brave decision and finding the right fit matters. When you're used to being the one others rely on, asking for help can feel especially difficult. If you're experiencing persistent stress, navigating a difficult life transition, or feeling overwhelmed, I'm here to offer compassionate, steady support. Together, we'll work through what's holding you back and build a clearer path forward. I'm Julie Sweetland, LMSW, a clinician with Path to Renewal Therapy Services. What should a new client know about working with you?

**I am only available online** Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, I'll help you understand the patterns contributing to stress, build practical coping skills, and develop lasting resilience. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and empowered to create meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We first will perform a 15–20-minute mental health consultation through Zocdoc to determine fit within the practice. From there we will send you forms so we can set up an intake evaluation and ongoing sessions. We do not provide medication management. **Please allow me 24-48 hours to respond when scheduling a consultation. Emailing or texting is preferred method of communication**
