What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic theory, multicultural counseling, and feminist theory. I believe that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and I work collaboratively with each client to tailor treatment to their unique needs, values, and lived experiences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am deeply committed to working with diverse populations and strive to provide a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I approach my work with empathy, respect, and compassion, and it is my privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
