What should a new client know about working with you?

I use literature, science, art, and movement to guide your healing. If you want a therapist who will partner with you to curate a healing journey filled with resources, creativity, and motivation, as well as offer concrete tools to heal trauma, I can't wait to meet you. My primary therapeutic modalities are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Bibliotherapy, and Child Parent Psychotherapy. All of these approaches are chosen due to their individualized approach to therapy and their focus on strengths and wellness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We'll start by getting to know each other. I'm curious to learn about you, and I will follow your pace and ensure you feel comfortable. Along the way, I'll offer strategies or coping techniques for you to try, based on my education, research, and personal experience. You are always invited to tell me what's not working, as this is your time, and your healing journey.
