What should a new client know about working with you?

I help you increase your self awareness and understand yourself better. Together we work on building new coping strategies that work for you. I also help you build relationships that are aligned with your needs by improving communication skills and creating healthy boundaries. If you are feeling stuck in certain areas of your life I help you explore ways to gain clarity using a mind and body approach. Our mental health is a whole body experience. I tailor my approach to help you improve physically and mentally.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I start by getting a better understanding of you and the obstacles you are facing. Once we have a map of what your current challenges are and the obstacles keeping you from reaching your goal we start creating changes. Change will look different depending on what we are working on. We might work on creating new thought patterns for you and dismantling negative beliefs that are holding you back. If you are experiencing a lot of physical stress symptoms we work on retraining your nervous system so that it is no longer in a constant fight or flight mode.
