I have over 8 years of experience working in the mental health field helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, self-confidence, and more. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers–New Brunswick. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment supportive of self-empowerment.

What should a new client know about working with you?

**Please be advised, this is a part-time practice offering telehealth sessions only currently.** Clients describe me as being relatable, compassionate, and a great listener with a unique ability to identify underlying issues. The goal of each session is to challenge the narrative of the presenting problem while working to identify healthy solutions in moving forward. The therapeutic arena provides a space to address clients' presenting issues by offering a direct approach geared at helping each client better navigate the issues at hand. I specialize in clients presenting with stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, women's issues, and trauma/PTSD.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I utilize a strength-based approach focusing on the key problem areas needing the most direct work through. I incorporate the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and/or Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), tailoring a collaborative treatment plan specific to each client and her/his needs.
