This approach is direct and gives you the tools to feel more in charge of your emotions and behaviors. Your goals and progress are my primary focus. Together, we will identify the challenges arise and work collaboratively on plans to help you move forward with confidence. I also provide a variety of therapy options, including Solution Focus, Behavioral, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical behavioral Therapy. I also incorporate emotionally focused and mindfulness therapy techniques when needed. My focus Have you been struggling with mental health issues and self-doubt?
