What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring life's challenges and working toward meaningful change. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health concerns using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). A typical session begins with a check-in about how you've been doing since our last meeting, followed by identifying your priorities for the session. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, develop practical coping skills, and create realistic goals that support your personal growth. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs, helping you build resilience, gain insight, and make lasting changes that align with the life you want to live.
