Psychotherapist
1725 Capital Circle Ne, Ste 206, Tallahassee, FL
Are you dealing with anxiety? Depression? Stress? Whatever it may be, you deserve to live the life you want without the emotional baggage weighing you down, and I am here to help! Together, we can explore those feelings using evidence-based techniques and trauma-informed practices to help you rid yourself of unwanted or intrusive thoughts and find the energy to move forward to a happier, fuller life. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University, and over the course of my career, I have worked with many clients experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as teens and adults dealing with past trauma. One approach I utilize is EMDR therapy, which helps to reprocess and desensitize trauma, allowing you to move past your past and look forward to the future. EMDR assists you in finding and processing traumatic memories that contribute to emotional dysregulation and stress. It is an excellent therapy for people dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, and other trauma. This effective, science-backed treatment can show significant progress in just a few sessions.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
