What should a new client know about working with you?

I can help you with work-life balance, anxiety, depression, and stress using a person-centered holistic approach. I am also a Certified Life Coach working with individuals to reach the best version of themselves. I work with adults, young adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I offers individual counseling via tele-therapy (HIPPA compliant).

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have availability for virtual sessions on weekday mornings, afternoons and evenings, as well as weekend mornings and afternoons. A word from me: At times, we tend to be harder on ourselves than the external world. We are all people, being. Let’s work together to help achieve your ideal self.
