Justin Hughes, LPC

Psychotherapist
ID
I help people have a safe place to address their thoughts and learn about mental health. I have professional work experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, family conflicts, trauma/abuse, anger management, symptom management, and many other mental health needs. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach I am client-focused and think each person needs to work with their therapist to identify goals and learn tools that work for them. My focus I work with men and women to address issues like PTSD, anxiety, depression, goal setting, and family interactions. My communication style I support people once a week to speak about issues in a calm and private way. I work with people who are ready to let go of the past and try new ways of living and thinking. My goals for you I help clients reach goals by identifying the long-term goals within the first few sessions and then checking in with them about those every month or so. My first session with you The first interaction I have with clients is usually a free 15-minute consultation. In the first session, we usually start slowly and review what the past few weeks or months have been like and what the client wants out of finally addressing their mental health or emotional needs.
