I am an empathetic, realistic, and motivating therapist who provides evidence-based treatment. In our sessions, I will meet you where you're at. I enjoy providing education about OCD while asking you to be as active a participant in your therapy as possible. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy is extremely effective; it's the front-line intervention for OCD. The most gratifying part of my job is seeing people grow. I also work with individuals who are dealing with neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, significant life transitions, grief, and relationship issues.
