Justin Richards is a Licensed Counselor Trainee through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy Board. Justin received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Ohio State University and is pursuing a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Justins goal is to provide a warm and stimulating environment where individuals feel actively involved in growth. Justin has a deep interest in working with individuals using a variety of methods including Existentialism, CBT, Narrative therapy, and Positive psychology using a strengths-based approach. Justin strives to implement the best evidence-based practices and has a strong background in, and love for working with, individuals living with chronic disease, as well as those that care for them. In addition, Justin has a passion for working with individuals working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management, goal setting and planning across the entire lifespan. In his free time Justin enjoys cooking new dishes, outdoor activity, reading, history, video games, and branching out into new hobbies as much as possible.
