I am a bilingual Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with over 20 years of real-world experience, including 10 years as a police officer and 10 years supporting others through healing and recovery. My background allows me to provide a grounded, trauma-informed perspective for clients who understand the weight of service, responsibility, and high-stress experiences. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, grief, sex therapy, and relationship concerns. I support individuals and couples working through difficult experiences, rebuilding connection, and creating meaningful change. My areas of focus include PTSD and trauma-related disorders, first responder stress and occupational trauma, grief and loss, sex therapy, sexual health concerns, couples therapy, relationship distress, substance use, sex addiction, depression, and anxiety. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once you book an appointment with me, our Administrative Team will create a patient chart for you and send you paperwork that you will need to complete so that I can prepare for our first session. Our Billing Department will also be in contact with you, PRIOR to your first appointment verify your insurance benefits and ensure that you understand any out of pockets costs that you may have.
