Hello, my name is Justine! I help others navigate anxiety, heal from codependency, process trauma, and build better systems for managing day-to-day life. I assist couples with navigating conflict, improving communication, and learning how to create a culture where everyone's needs are met. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a seasoned professional with a laid back approach to sessions. I believe feedback and education are necessary for the process so we will utilize more than venting in this space. I take a compassionate approach and I am able to challenge thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors as needed.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

For the initial meeting, we will gather relevant history, current symptoms, and identify current goals. We do NOT need to address all issues or traumas in the initial session, I don't believe it's necessary and can be re-traumatizing for patients.
