My approach In my practice I use multiple different modalities to support your unique needs such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns; Dialectical Behavior Therapy, (DBT) a form of talk therapy that teaches people to manage intense emotions, cope with challenging situations, and improve their relationships, and creating trauma narratives; Trauma narratives/motivational interviewing. I encourage mindfulness, meditation, and self-reflection. Together, we’ll identify challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward with confidence.
