“Justine is by far one of the most professional therapists I’ve ever come across. She has helped me in ways no other therapist could. I went from not knowing who I was to understanding myself by revisiting childhood traumas and attachment styles in my romantic relationships. I will never be able to fully thank her for her professionalism and dedication to helping me figure things out. Best part? Never once did I feel judged - this was huge for me. Nothing worse than a judgmental therapist. ”

What should a new client know about working with you?

When booking a therapy appointment through Zoc Doc, I will give you a call for a 15 min complimentary consultation session to learn about what's bringing you to therapy and ensure that we are a good fit! If you are planning to use insurance, I will enroll you in the Alma portal to verify your insurance before our first session and have you fill out intake paperwork. Our first video session will happen through Alma Therapy Platform, a hippa secure video software.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Finding a therapist that you connect with is important. After you book an appointment through zoc doc, I will give you call to hear about your primary concerns and see if we're a good fit. Our first session is 60 min and then weekly therapy thereafter is 45min. For the first few sessions the focus is on building our relationship and getting to know you.
