As a High School Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor, I've spent the past 5 + years supporting adolescents and adults through life's transitions, challenges, and self-discovery. In our work together, I'm not just your therapist, but also your biggest supporter. I'll challenge you when needed, celebrate your wins (big and small), and create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Outside of sessions, I love trying different workout classes - right now, Pilates is my favorite. It helps me stay grounded and reminds me how important it is to take care of both mind and body - something I truly believe in for the people, I work with too. I'm looking forward to connecting with you for a safe place to slow down!
