This approach also helps me to meet you exactly where you are in your healing journey. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help you identify unhelpful thoughts and how to reframe them to have a more positive impact on your life. Through a collaborative and strengths-based approach, I help clients gain insight, build resilience, and move toward realizing their full potential. My focus I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, career stress, parenting-related stressors, relationship concerns, and self-esteem issues. If you are facing any of these challenges and are unsure about which direction to take in your life, I will work collaboratively with you and create a space where you can slow down, process what is going on, and reconnect with your wisdom and resilience. My communication style I prioritize a clear, compassionate, and open communication space for clients to share and express themselves without the worry of judgment. This supportive environment allows clients to feel heard, validated, and supported throughout their growth and healing journey. My journey to mental healthcare My journey to becoming a provider began from the time I was a young empathic child. I have always wondered why people behaved or did certain things, and was fascinated with individuals who could overcome such adversity in their lives. I have always had the intrinsic motivation to help others reach their full potential.
