What should a new client know about working with you?

I enjoy listening with an open mind and an open heart. I recognize each client has their own unique experience. Therefore, my approach to therapy is client-centered, allowing me to focus on your needs and challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Allowing the client to tell their story during their initial session, and what they are feeling. As the session progresses, we will be able to identify root causes while creating a therapeutic alliance through talk therapy.
