Her tools are helping me to see things from a different perspective and they are truly helping me to climb mountains and hurdles I have put off for some time. Kadidra is very easy to talk to, from day one she made me feel so comfortable to open up and she also goes above and beyond to help in ways that most people would not, especially with a booked schedule such as hers. I am passionate about working with couples and LGBTQ+ community. Whether working with couples or individuals, I understand that the best way to achieve our life goals is to take a proactive and integrative approach to being healthy and happy.
I create space for you to explore patterns and identify blockages that keep you stagnant by asking questions that challenge you to go deeper and encourage you to be honest with yourself about what’s happening both consciously and unconsciously. Our first session was amazing! She was so warm and friendly. Throughout the session, she assured I was comfortable and didn’t push unless I said it was okay. I appreciate setting a goal for next week as well. I’m excited to meet again next week!
