Kailey Bousquet, LCSW

Psychotherapist
VA
Hi! I'm Kailey :) I specialize in helping folks address the emotional, relational, and psychological wounds that often stem from difficult past experiences. My approach to therapy is grounded in trauma and attachment theories, as well as relational and humanistic principles. I focus on helping clients navigate life's challenges, particularly in the areas of relationships, self-esteem, and personal empowerment. I also have training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy), which has been shown to be highly effective in relieving distress associated with upsetting experiences, and often integrate elements of this into my work. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Connecticut, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. My intention is to provide you with a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable and heard. Together, we'll explore your unique story, gain insight into your struggles, and empower you to make lasting changes that align with your true self. If you're ready to embark on a journey of healing and transformation, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
