What should a new client know about working with you?

My ideal client is in their 20s or 30s and is a creative professional, artist, or entrepreneur. They're feeling stuck, struggling to overcome creative blocks, navigating the uncertainty of freelancing, or trying to find the work-life balance they need. They're weighed down by the pressure to succeed and comparison with their peers. They need help with expanding their creativity, overcoming obstacles, and achieving their goals in a way that aligns with their values and aspirations.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Working with me is about creating a genuine, open, and safe space where you can truly be yourself. I aim to help people like you navigate life's complexities and uncover your own inner strength. Our sessions will be collaborative and engaging — we'll explore your challenges, celebrate your victories, and tackle obstacles together. I aim to help you find clarity, purpose, and self-compassion, and I’ll be in it with you with honesty, support, and a bit of humor. I bring my entire self — all of the messy, silly pieces — into therapy and invite you to do the same.
