I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or patterns that no longer serve them. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring your experiences, and discovering new ways to move forward.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach draws from several evidence-informed modalities, including strengths-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, somatic approaches, motivational interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I tailor our work to your individual needs, goals, and experiences rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. I am also continuing to develop my training and experience in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and may integrate it when appropriate. Whether you're working through past trauma, struggling in your relationships, supporting your family through a difficult season, or simply hoping to understand yourself better, therapy can be a place to build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change.
