Hi! My name is Kaitlin Aubin and I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Integrative Medicine Practitioner by title, but I prefer Kait! You can think of me as a compassionate ear for you to share (and sometimes vent) to. With the added benefit of professional guidance and feedback in response, I will listen and facilitate you in your process of becoming your own problem solver to whatever challenges and barriers life has thrown your way.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My personal therapeutic approach can best be described as integrative/holistic with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral and acceptance commitment therapy woven in- in other words, eclectic. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, substance use disorders, adhd, relationship issues, and trauma/abuse. I have specialized training in the modalities of EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, and Maternal Mental Health.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe you are the owner and author of your story and that with the right support, you have within you the strength and tools that will assist you in overcoming your personal challenges. Taking any step in your mental health care journey, whether its your first time , or you are continuing your growth process, takes courage, and I would be honored to work with you on your journey!
