Hello! I'm Katie, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). For more than seven years, I've had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life's challenges. I especially enjoy working with children and the parents and caregivers who support them, as well as individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, big emotions, and the everyday challenges of parenting. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe, understood, and genuinely supported. I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where clients of all ages can be themselves, feel heard, and develop practical tools to navigate life.

My specialty areas include supporting parents as they navigate the joys and challenges of parenthood, working with children, and helping individuals manage anxiety, ADHD, depression, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, and trauma.
