What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a client led approach to therapy using a technique called Narrative therapy. At its core, narrative therapy is a collaborative process: the therapist is not the “fixer,” but a curious and respectful partner who walks alongside you. Together, we challenge limiting narratives and create space for new perspectives that honor your voice, agency, and unique lived experience.
