I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who specializes in working with college students, young adults and women. I love working with fellow moms and have completed training in perinatal mental health. I believe that the most important part of therapy is empowerment of the individual. My goal is for a client to leave the room feeling like they can handle anything life throws at them. An empowered person is more likely to be successful in all aspects of their life, and I would love to help you along that journey in getting to where you want to be. I specialize in ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Motherhood, as well as life stressors and transitions. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Perinatal Mental Health. I love to take a collaborative approach to my clients care, because it should be you in the drivers seat of your life! Parents are often fighting their own battle with dealing with a child who has depression/anxiety etc., and I can provide helpful insight and support to them as well.
