Hello My name is Kaitlyn, and Ive been working as a licensed mental health therapist for the past nine years in various different settings. I have experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, but I especially enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, and other Millenials like myself. I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, and familyrelated stress. I am passionate about creating an affirming, inclusive space for all clients, including those who identify as LGBTQ and individuals who are neurodiverse. My goal is to ensure each person feels seen, respected, and supported just as they are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and personcentered. I draw from evidencebased practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT, traumainformed care, and playbased interventions, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and developmental level of the client. I know that reaching out for help takes courage, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients through difficult or uncertain times. Whether its learning to manage overwhelming emotions, strengthening relationships, or building selfunderstanding, I aim to help clients feel more confident, resilient, and empowered. My hope is not just to reduce symptoms, but to support real, lasting growth in everyday life.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
