My focus is to provide compassionate, client-centered care for individuals navigating ADHD, depression, generalized anxiety disorder, mood disorders, and stress. I take a strengths-based approach that honors each person’s experiences and tailors treatment to their goals. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and reality-based therapy, I work collaboratively to build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen self-understanding. Creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and heard is central to my work. I value authenticity, empathy, and appropriate humor as meaningful parts of the therapeutic relationship, and I believe trust grows when clients feel comfortable sharing their stories without judgment. My style is warm, approachable, and grounded in meeting people where they are while supporting positive, sustainable change. Outside of therapy, I enjoy time with my family, being outdoors, traveling, reading, and doing creative projects that help me stay balanced and present.
