I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and change, and that therapy can help unlock that potential. I provide a safe and supportive environment where my clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment.

Kaitlynn is extremely helpful in identifying the right issues to work through in the right order, and asks me insightful questions to help me get underneath various issues and concerns. She is warm and supportive, and works hard to ensure that I am making progress on a weekly basis. Kaitlynn makes herself available to help me work through any concerns that I have or issues I am going through. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Kaitlynn is amazing! I was very nervous about starting therapy but I am glad I did. Kaitlynn’s approach allows me to come to understandings that I would have never been able to on my own. I am able to feel completely comfortable expressing myself during my sessions with her. I would highly recommend Kaitlynn to anyone seeking guidance and help.

I would highly recommend Kaitylnn to anyone. Kaitylnn was instrumental in developing personal awareness and coping strategies. Kaitylnn was extremely empathic during our sessions. She helped me work through emotional stressors, and I always felt validated. Since I have a started with Kaitylnn my husband/ family and friends have since such a positive shift in my attitude.
