“Dr. Ghotra has a great way to put you at ease, by creating a judgement free zone. She asks the right questions to get to the "why" and maintains ample space to let thoughts guide your session. I like that she uses personal examples, to make me feel seen and heard and it helps me open up. Don't be fooled by her youth, she is a smart cookie who is very observant and clearly has the skill to relate to young or older folks, as need be. ”

Getting to know Kajol Ghotra

I am the Founder and CEO of Elevated Solutions Therapy, with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health journey through personalized and compassionate care. I specialize in providing evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Polyvagal Theory to support children, adolescents, young adults, and families in achieving lasting change. With years of experience in both clinical practice and leadership roles, I bring a holistic, client-centered approach to treatment, ensuring that every person receives the individualized care and support they need. My role also extends to mentoring and guiding a team of clinicians to provide high-quality, integrated care. I believe in creating a safe, empowering space where clients can heal, grow, and develop the tools they need to live fulfilling lives. At Elevated Solutions Therapy, we emphasize the importance of collaboration with other healthcare providers, including nutritionists and doctors, to ensure that treatment is comprehensive and addresses all aspects of an individual’s well-being. I am committed to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment for both our clients and our team. If you’re looking for a compassionate, experienced therapist to help guide you through life’s challenges, I’m here to help you take that next step toward healing and growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, you can expect a personalized and structured approach tailored to your unique needs and goals. I believe in creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. While our work together will be thoughtfully structured to ensure progress, I also remain flexible to adapt to what’s working best for you. I am results-driven, meaning that I will work closely with you to set clear, achievable goals and help you track your progress. My approach combines evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Polyvagal Theory to provide effective, lasting results. I focus on fostering positive change through collaboration, empowering you with the tools and skills to navigate challenges and lead a fulfilling life. Together, we’ll create a therapeutic experience that is as unique as you are, always with your well-being and success at the forefront.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process for working with clients is structured into three key phases: Building Awareness: In our initial sessions, we’ll focus on understanding your challenges, patterns, and underlying beliefs. This phase is about self-discovery, where we work together to identify the root causes of your concerns and gain clarity on your goals. We'll also discuss your strengths and resources, helping you build awareness around what’s working and what isn’t. Creating an Action Plan: Once we have a clearer understanding of where you’re at, we’ll collaborate to create a tailored action plan. This plan will be specific, realistic, and designed to address your unique needs. We’ll explore strategies and coping skills that will empower you to take the next steps in your healing process. Our focus here is on setting achievable goals and developing the tools you need to move forward with confidence. Executing the Plan: In this phase, we put your action plan into practice. You’ll begin implementing the strategies we’ve discussed, and we’ll work together to refine and adjust as needed. I will be there to support you, holding you accountable, and celebrating your progress. The goal is to help you integrate the skills and insights you’ve gained into your daily life, leading to lasting, meaningful change. Throughout each phase, I remain flexible to adapt to your needs, ensuring that our work together is both structured and personalized to help you achieve real, lasting results.
