Kaley Manierre, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
I pursued the field of mental health because I understand how powerful it can be to have a space, and a person, you can speak with openly about your thoughts, worries, and feelings. Whether you’re coming to therapy during a difficult time or seeking support for accountability and personal growth, what matters most is simply showing up for yourself. That act of showing up can be one of the hardest things we do. Yet it is also essential, not only for your own well-being, but for your ability to show up more fully for the people and things you care about. I view therapy as an act of kindness toward yourself, an intentional pause to check in, look inward, and take meaningful steps toward becoming the best version of yourself. Over time, this process can create a ripple effect of growth, both within yourself and across all areas of your life. If you feel ready to begin that process, I invite you to reach out and take the first step toward your own healing and growth. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin building insight, clarity, and meaningful change in your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize an integrative approach, blending psychodynamic, systemic, and humanistic perspectives. I work with you to explore past experiences, relational patterns, and the systems shaping your life, so you can gain insight, build healthier coping skills, strengthen connections, and create meaningful growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My diverse experience over the years has reinforced my belief that a feeling of trust and attunement is essential for our work together, one that allows for vulnerability and honest conversation. When that foundation is in place, it becomes easier to explore, make sense of your experiences, and move toward lasting change. By creating this supportive environment, I’m also able to challenge you when it’s helpful, encouraging reflection and growth in ways that feel manageable and meaningful. This foundation allows us to engage in work that is both thoughtful and transformative, tailored to your unique needs.
