What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is based upon my client and their individual needs. I utilize multiple approaches to explore internal drives and motivations, short term and long term goals, identify and problem solve barriers to living their ideal life, and discover a sense of self and life purpose.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My clients can expect each and every session to be filled with empathy and support, they will never be alone in this journey. While each session is guided specifically based on individual needs, some examples of struggles and goals I have assisted my clients with include: -Anxiety and Depression (Feeling nervous more days than not, Being unable to shake a mood or thought, Struggling with motivation, Low self esteem, etc.) -Addiction (Needing to discover motivation to quit, Identifying and breaking patterns of use, Assisting in relapse prevention, Finding life outside of addiction, etc.) -Internal Struggles (Resentments, Guilt and shame, Inner child wounds, Negative memories and experiences, etc.) -Life Purpose (Who am I?, What do I enjoy?, What is my life purpose?, What career is best for me?, What does my future look like? How do I take control?) -Child/Parent (Struggling to see changes, Disregulated emotions, Needing to establish better skills, Wanting to reconnect, Parenting guilt, etc.) -Teen (Social and relationship struggles, Lack of motivation, Peer pressure, Self esteem, Mood swings, Future goal exploration, Unhealthy choices and oping skills, etc.)
