Hello! My name is Kamaria Excell and I am a therapist, yoga teacher, and floral designer passionate about supporting you on the journey of living a life that is truly your own. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on creating real lasting change versus temporary bandaid fixes. I support clients in better understanding their inner world and all parts of themselves so that they can divest from old coping skills and lean into a life that is pleasurable, because the most powerful act of creation on this life journey will always be the act of creating ourselves. My name means "Like the Moon" in Swahili which perfectly describes the fluid, unique, and creative way that I move through life. Thus, I am adamant about the therapeutic experience awakening you to the power of taking up space and living a more creative life that allows you to move with aligned agency. This experience is fully curated to you so that you can live your most pleasurable and connected life. In our first session we'll set the tone for our work together by exploring the current state of your life and the areas where you'd like more ease and relief. I know first sessions can be a little anxiety inducing but I like to encourage clients to imagine this time as you being on your favorite podcast or tv show, you are the star of this show.
