Getting to know Kamaria Excell

House of Blume offers wellness services through our Kitchen Counter Social Work initiative. Growing up my kitchen counter was an innovative and radical space for the love, joy, pain, community, dreaming, grief, & messiness that life can be. This is what our healing services feel like, a sit at the kitchen counter where you can find clarity, release, and most importantly, reconnect with the home within. We see our healing offerings as a tender space where you can meet the most aligned version of themselves and cultivate a life that is truly your own.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that you were meant to have all of the beautiful things that you desire in this life and it is my job to support you in attaining them. We'll do this by processing and releasing the limited thinking, pain points, and past life experiences that have caused you fear, stress, and anxiety. You'll learn tangible mind and body skills that will support you daily. You'll also develop a more clear and nuanced self concept and deeper trust in yourself. My approach to helping you attain your aligned life is very creative, intentional, warm, empowering, and grounded. I am passionate about this work and ensuring that you get to live a life full of love, pleasure, and joy, while having the skills to process and pivot when life gets overwhelming. Let's do this together!
