I currently hold my M.Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. I have experience working with all different populations from children to adolescents. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress-management, life changes, and OCD. As a psychotherapist, my theoretical approach is geared towards CBT therapy, person-centered, more of an integrative approach. I believe that all of our thoughts, feelings and behaviors are deeply connected and therapy can help us better understand those connections and develop healthier ways of coping and navigating life’s challenges.
