What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy approach in sessions. As a therapist I understand clients and their needs vary, therefore I approach sessions based on the needs of each individual. There are frequent changes that occur in clients’ lives, and through my expertise, I help with effective transitioning. I believe change happens with my guidance in which clients draw on their strengths to overcome obstacles and thrive in society. I am ready to hear from you, so I can join your journey of starting where you are to get to where you want to be.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each client has their own unique therapy goal which is set within the first session, to ensure I’m meeting you where you are to seek continuous progress beyond sessions. It's my job as your therapist to offer a safe space for you to express your innermost thoughts free of judgment while offering support on this therapy journey.
