As a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), I help to create strong relationships with my clients so they feel comfortable in sharing their story, which is an honor to me. Helping others heal is so important to me! I love working with children, adolescents and adults. I work with people on a wide range of issues such as ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders. Etc. I have a collaborative approach to therapy and it is my belief that my clients are the EXPERTS on themselves. I want to help you identify and process those issues, negative thought patterns and create and utilize tools and coping skills to manage triggers and make progress. I want to see you win and I'll be there to always listen, provide feedback, encourage and help you hone in and use those tools in your regular day life. My goal is to create a warm, empathetic and welcoming environment for all my clients.
