Getting to know Kara ANAND-GALL

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the power of story. Stories can limit us or liberate us, shackle us or shape us. Sometimes these are stories other people tell about us; sometimes they are the ones we tell ourselves. I work with you to transform limiting stories into stories of purpose and possibility. I use trauma-informed play therapy and narrative techniques to help you process and release painful emotions, make sense of difficult experiences, feel a greater sense of control, and reframe your story to one of heroic, authentic empowerment. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and foster and adoption families. I can’t wait to hear your story.
