The individuals I work with are the true agents of change, I am just there to help guide, explore, and facilitate the healing/ coping process. The primary goal is always to help folks build upon strengths and positive coping strategies. I believe in being involved with all levels of the mental health system, not just providing direct services to consumers. I serve as a volunteer with the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI St. Louis) on both their Program Committee and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
