This diverse background equips me to help you develop new coping skills, challenge negative thought patterns, and build a deeper connection between your mind and body. Together, we’ll explore strategies like mindfulness, breathing exercises, and trauma-informed techniques to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and in control.
