Taking this first step is a sign of strength, and I am here to help you along your journey. I completed both my Bachelor and Master's programs at The Ohio State University. With a background in equine therapy, traditional psychotherapy, and medical social work, I bring a holistic perspective to my practice. Over the past several years, I have worked primarily with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and grief. I focus on using cognitive therapy to help you uncover your underlying thought patterns and how they are affecting your behaviors and emotions. By working together, we can replace irrational or unhelpful thoughts with new, helpful, and rational thoughts. I will always strive to empower you to hone your unique strengths to create meaningful and powerful change.
