* I will do house calls! I can do home-based sessions in Middlesex County for perinatal & postpartum moms who have Husky/Medicaid insurance if you prefer. I'm a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner (PMH-C) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a wide range of expertise. I am a mom of 3 and still learning! It's busy and comes with sacrifices and challenges but fun and filled with opportunities to connect that many of us cannot slow down our lives to cue in on. If you are pregnant, struggling to become pregnant or have given birth and are postpartum, I specialize in helping you through various aspects of this season of receiving. Some themes I see and work with: Life transitions, co-parenting styles/romantic relationships and attachment & bonding w/baby, comparison to others, expectations vs. reality. Some of my patients go through IVF, or are pregnant but feeling off and want to monitor their mental health and prepare a birthing plan. I mostly work closely with women trying to work through things like, breast feeding struggles, NICU trauma, OCD w/ intrusive scary thoughts, mood swings yup-even postpartum rage, traumatic birth experiences and even negative experiences with medical teams causing peri-partum onset of symptoms typically based in anxiety. Just meeting with me is a support, safe space and outlet for you to regain momentum, feel more energized and often I see patients begin to know and experience HOPE.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
