My specialties are grief and life changes, but I have thorough knowledge of general depression and anxiety, career and life counseling, chronic illness, domestic abuse and violence, peer and familial relationships, trauma and PTSD, and women's issues.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have over 30 years of experience working in the mental health field in the emergency room and in home settings. I work primarily with adults, but have experience with all age groups. My common modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy, compassion, rational and strength based, eclectic, intervention, and I often use motivational interviewing.
